Contingent of UNEF to Return Home from Gaza Strip Lieutenant General E.L.M. Burns, Commander of the United Nations Emergency Force (UNEF), this morning bade farewell to some 350 Brazilian soldiers who are sailing from Port Said on Saturday, 30 May, for Rio de Janeiro.
