UNEF Commander Addresses Departing Brazilian Troops - United Nations Emergency Force (UNEF) medals were presented today to the officers and men of the Seventh Brazilian Contingent by the Commander of the Force, Lieutenant General P.S. Gyani. The occasion was a special parade by the contingent which is scheduled to depart shortly for Brazil, after completing a tour of duty with UNEF.  Here, General Gyani is seen addressing the troops. He congratulated the contingent and its commanding officer, Colonel F.S. Soter on the fine work they had done. Location: Gaza Date: 01 August 1961

Brazilian Contingent of UNEF Completes Rotation - The officers and men of the Seventh Brazilian Contingent of the United Nations Emergency Force (UNEF) arrived in Port Said by special train today, to return to their country aboard a Brazilian troopship after completing a tour of duty with UNEF.  Here, members of the contingent are seen on their way to the NT "Barroso Pereira" for the trip back to Brazil. Brazilian Contingent of UNEF Completes Rotation - The officers and men of the Seventh Brazilian Contingent of the United Nations Emergency Force (UNEF) arrived in Port Said by special train today, to begin the journey back to their country after completing a tour of duty with UNEF.
